September brought the race team back to the track: three endurance races, three finishes, and at Silverstone our best result of the season. Our in-house championship got under way, and the Group's website has been completely relaunched — now connected to the track. Here is the September 2026 roadmap, division by division.
The month in brief
- 3 endurance races contested by the team, all classified finishes
- P6 at the 3 Hours of Silverstone — our best result of the season
- 34 places gained at the Suzuka 1000 km, from 55th to 21st
- 2 rounds of the JOBARD Racing Academy Series completed, at Brands Hatch and Donington Park
- 1 new website, immersive and connected to the track
- 278 actions completed behind the scenes this month
On the track
Three endurance weekends on iRacing, at the wheel of the Porsche 911 GT3 R.
- 12/09 — Suzuka 1000 km — P21
- 20/09 — 3 Hours of Silverstone — P6
- 27/09 — 3 Hours of Road Atlanta — P13
Positions in the GT3 category.
At Suzuka, Guillaume Jobard and John Ribeiro started from 55th on a grid of 60 cars, having not taken part in qualifying. Six hours and 171 laps later, the Porsche crossed the line in 21st position, two laps down on the leader: thirty-four places gained, and a fastest lap of 1:58.964.
In the GT Endurance Series, John Ribeiro and Bryan Serton share the wheel. At Silverstone, the crew recorded a P6 — our best result of the season. The recap film is available on JOBARD TV, from the website's home page. A week later, they brought the Porsche home at the 3 Hours of Road Atlanta, in P13.
Our in-house championship, the JOBARD Racing Academy Series, got under way on Assetto Corsa EVO, in a Mazda MX-5 ND Cup spec series: opening round at Brands Hatch on 4 September, second round at Donington Park on the 18th. At Donington, Alexis Marineche took the round win, John Ribeiro prevailed in Race 2 and Guillaume Jobard set the fastest lap in 1:18.126. Every round is broadcast and commentated live on Twitch.
Behind the scenes
The centrepiece of September was the new jobardgroupe.com. A complete redesign conceived as an immersive experience: the Group film from the moment you land, JOBARD TV, a virtual garage, a dark mode and five languages. Above all, the website is now connected to the track: the schedule, the countdown and the team's results feed directly from JOBARD Race Engineer, our digital pit wall, and the Academy Series standings update after every round.
The digital pit wall itself reached a new milestone: team radio enters the cockpit. A single button on the wheel is all it takes to send a message to the pit lane, and the entire crew shares one race feed — driver and engineer messages, flags and penalties in real time. Free access to JOBARD Race Engineer now includes the application and in-game overlays, with no time limit and no credit card required, and Le Mans Ultimate telemetry can be activated step by step, with guidance included.
On the Academy side, the championship broadcasts have their full production package — opening sequence, race overlay, podium and transitions — and results are posted on Discord, in the public channel, as soon as the chequered flag falls. The Pilot's Logbook for Sim Racers is available free of charge, alongside the Getting started on iRacing guide, and the Academy page now announces the Telemetry Master Guide, our flagship product.
In the Journal, three new driver's notes have been published: the 48-hour pre-race checklist, the six-step setup method, and why the painted apex on the track is slowing you down. The race report from the 3 Hours of Road Atlanta has joined them.
Finally, the team is recruiting. The call has gone out across our channels and on Discord, a dedicated page is live, and applications remain open on a rolling basis — reserved for French-speaking drivers, on iRacing, Le Mans Ultimate, Assetto Corsa EVO, Assetto Corsa Rally and Automobilista 2.
Looking ahead to October
On Friday 2 October at 20:30, the third round of the Academy Series gets under way at Kyalami, live on Twitch. The following day, Saturday 3rd at 21:00, the team contests the 3 Hours of Zandvoort in the GT Endurance Series. On Friday the 16th, Laguna Seca hosts the championship's first endurance round. And on Saturday 24 October at 15:00, the team takes the start of the 24 Hours of Le Mans Virtual on Le Mans Ultimate: our first 24-hour race. The driver's notes series continues in the Journal.
Foundations laid. Course held.
