JOBARD Immobilier is a phase-two promise. The Group grows in stages, and real estate — capital-intensive — will come when the foundations allow it, from 2028. The target is clear: assets in the service of the automobile, exceptional garages and circuits, first for the internal needs of the workshop and the race team, then open to discerning third parties.
